Valuations

 In order for your property to be entered into our quick sale scheme there is a requirement for a current RICS survey(Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) to be carried out on the property in order to get a true structural picture and to show the true value. Surveys are carried out by an independant company and are non refundable. The actual original hard copy will be forwarded to you following the survey and we will keep a copy for our records. Once we have found a buyer for your property it will be written into the sale contract that the buyer must and will refund the full cost to yourself of the survey. If for any reason the RICS survey report returns with adverse comments or is valued less than the original price stated we reserve the right to adjust the offer price that goes out to our buyers although we will always maintain our level of service and attempt to get you the best price possible with one of our buyers. Times in finding an actual buyer will vary from property to property and area to area but once the buyer is in place completion takes from as little as 14 days.
